They will investigate the issue and encourage the tradesperson to contact you to reach a solution. We reserve the right to remove professionals from our network in certain instances.

After having RM Services in to do my decorating, I decided to ask Martin at RM Services if he would be able to do the building work and plumbing work that needed to be done. Martin arranged for another Martin and chris to come in and repair/replace my kitchen floor and also replaced the pipes on the plumbing. Once again they were very polte very helpfull and cleaned up after them selves. They also put some tiles back that had fallen down. I am very happy with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I would like to compliment Service Magic and RM Services for the work I have had done recently. I had Martin from RM Services give me a quote for the decorating job I had. The quote was very resonable so I decided to have RM Services do the job. They came in and decorated my whole house, Martin introduced me to Julian and Chris who were very polite very helpfull and they also tidied up after them selves, they left my house the way it was when they came in, tidy, I am very please with the result, and I wouldn’t hesitate in using the again.
May I compliment Service Magic and their contractor Opal Blinds. Neil was very
polite very understanding and my what else do I say the service excellent.
I have got my shutters fitted and for a very good price and I am so very pleased
also James who fitted the shutters was very polite and very nice.

Service Magic is a very fast and good service and most of the contractors are very polite and very nice. I am glad that with one very horrible experience where I was badly shaken it did not put me off Service magic and glad to say that all the other contractors that have carried out my work recently they have done a brilliant job.

Chris Sophianou,from Media Services also a digital consultant, came round to put up a free sat dish and tune it into my telly,his quote was £40 to £60 cheaper than all the other major high St retailers, not only was he was available after 7pm he was polite fast and very compertant and left me with a fantastic choice of lots of full HD channels along with over 97 other channels. Chris is a credit to this site and would I strongly reconmend him to other people looking for a similar service. cheers otto
